Dear Process Luna.
Today we learned why we do not cut copper-clad board on the waterjet.
Your Humble Student,
Fandango Encore
@001zlnv Agreed! As circuit production technique, a failure. But as an art technique, it bears further investigation. The way the metal balloons unpredictably under the backpressure from the cutting jet makes for interesting texturing. It is, however, *extraordinarily* messy. Even for waterjet cutting. Lots of splash and vapor.
@Momentrabbit Yay! You learned something new! Now you get to go home!
... that's how this works... right?
@JulieSqveakaroo Very nearly!
@Momentrabbit kind of pretty though
