@MapleDeer Assign tasks and times for completion. Assign yourself a Win condition, and hold to it.

Set your own standards, meet them, and feel good about your accomplishments. Write down your goals for the day and meet them.

Your life can be rendered into a linear path. This can help with feeling like you're accomplishing goals and filling bars. It's a conceit, but it's Your conceit.

@Motodrachen i might give that a go! setting self-imposed deadlines has never been SUPER effective for me. since im the one setting the deadlines i also have the power to like, ignore them if i so choose. if that makes sense
