re: fat shaming

@pandora_parrot Because of a Gastro illness, I've had to eliminate so much from my diet that the only things I can reliably eat from a convenience store is the Trail Mix.

Because of this major dietary restriction, I went from 300+lbs to 200lbs in just around two years. Now, if I don't source it, and cook it at home, I don't eat it. Along the way, it was Very clearly revealed to me how God Awful all of the industrial food in america is.

And I'm not an isolated instance. Our housemate has been waiting on disability for Four Years, and finally got it. So he went from eating just what we prepare here, to Uber Eats from just about everywhere. And gained forty pounds in a Month.

Our other housemate gave up Snacks, Soda, Fast Food and takeout pizza when he moved in with us. He's lost about the same amount of weight in four months.

And we're not eating any kind of Gimmick diet. We shop at a Restaurant Supplier. We eat Well, and live Deliciously. But doing so takes a lot more time, effort, kitchen equipment and study than practically Anyone has.

But we prioritize it. I'm not going back to living with that Prejudice every day of my life.
