I've learned to be more emotionally vulnerable recently, and although I've been dealt an ego blow, the world also didn't end, so let's chalk that up as an overall success.

But there's no point in hiding what you want in the hopes of somehow obtaining it via subterfuge, so it's a gamble but a nessecary one in overall harm-reduction

@Galdrakinn This is very true.
It really relies on the other person being a Decent Human Being however. Had a couple of interpersonal relationships recently that had to just End because those folks were just Users, who didn't treat anyone else's emotions as Real.
So I feel ya on that Ego Hit. Positives of Multiple systems is that one of us can take over while the other is taking a Dirt Nap.
