Actually a friend of someone who punched me nearly blind when I was 12 (and he was 18)
Actually it was funny, because he was like "I am so much better than you!" and then his fucking presentation TV flickered so badly that we had to stop looking at it.
He's also looking for people to work for him for 6 years straight now.
Apparently nobody wants to work for an arrogant asshole like him.

So full of themselves that they think their detachment from reality /is/ reality.
Also if you don't respect them as an authority, they don't respect you as a human being (though, to them nobody but them deserves to be treated like a human being anyway)
Why so many of them are in HR is also an eternal puzzle for me.
If I'd own such a company, I'd kick them out first hand, because they're clearly not fit for the job.

@maxine I like using the Witch Voice on them, because it makes them doubt their own Authority.
They get all thousand Yard and wonder why it feels like their Wife just told them how something's gonna be.
Trust me, I know how to ruin these Men (And it is always Men).
You Show them you can do their job better than they can, then you just start Doing their job, and asking Them why the parts never got ordered.
