He's native English speaker.
I'm in an exclusive German speaking environment.
He can't really speak German at all.
I'm looking forward to (German speaking) therapists wanting to talk to him and well.

@Motodrachen Sabby is pretty musical and I think that's his preferred way of communication.
He's more on the emotional basis anyway, so music likely just comes more to him.

And they're probably too confused (because now not only is there gender fuckery, but also D/S fuckery) to do much other than concentrating on stress release.
