weird trans name feels (long)
So I've been thinking for a while of just going by my androgynous middle name (first name is too but less so) instead of the name I have been using, in part because I'm more NB than I had admitted to myself when I first came out, and in part because it's just less legal bullshit to deal with if I keep it. I've never minded my name, I mostly changed it because it was the "thing to do" and I thought a more masculine name would get me more respect. I was also concerned about projecting as masculine an image as I could so nobody would deny me medical transition over it. Post-transition I'm super comfortable with my androgynous look and body and I kinda just want to go with the name I have. It's been 6 years since I came out. I'm 30. I'm afraid I'm too old to ask people to call me something else. I don't want people to think I'm detransitioning. I still prefer he pronouns... This shit is stressing me out.

@ratbite666 You can prefer He pronouns and be non-binary.
I'm probably going to be taking HRT and I'm not planning on changing pronouns until it's a matter of Convenience.
