@Motodrachen But this isn't honey? I can't see it having near the shelf stable properties, much less how it'd differ in flavor, even more so if you contrast it with mono-flower honeys and wildflower honey
@IrisKalmia Reasonably well in the fridge, like any Syrup.
I mean we did bring it to a boil and jar it Hot. The stuff we canned properly lasted for months.

I don't refrigerate honey and sure as hell don't break out the pressure canner every time I open the jar <3
Though that would help keep it from crystalizing, hmm.
