Tulpamancy, mh, seeking advice

So I've thought about getting into tulpamancy for a little while because I think it could help me in some situations. I haven't delved in yet because I'm afraid that it will do more harm than help because I periodically struggle with identity issues, dissiciation, and unreality. Does anyone who has experience with this sort of thing know if manifesting a tulpa could make these issues worse? :boosts_ok_gay:

re: Tulpamancy, mh, seeking advice

@Motodrachen thank you for the feedback! I don't think I have DID because these aren't super constant issues, just things that I know do happen to me on occasion. I'm seeing a therapist and will bring it up with her. I will still heed your warning regardless though.

@Motodrachen true,,that's like, word for word why I never want to have kids.
I've done some spirit work of sorts in the past but there isn't one actively trying to share space with me right now so I won't try to will one to while I'm still not in the best mental state.
Thank you so much!

@monstertrrash That being said, you Can call spirits who are friendly to come and help you.

Easiest way to do that is look at your Life and ask yourself what sort of god you're serving just doing what you already Do. Then extrapolate on that.

If you've already got store credit as it were, in pleasing this theific embodiment of virtues, now's a good time to hit the supernatural ATM.

re: Tulpamancy, mh, seeking advice

@Motodrachen sounds solid. I have not actively practiced any sort of worship in quite a while but I've been meaning to get back into it because it was helping me. There's one spirit in particular I think I want to get back into contact with. Honestly, looking back they might've never left.
