US Citizens are not held to the Geneva Conventions, and that's why it's "Legal" for the cops to use Tear Gas on protests here, and not in say, Baghdad.

I'm not saying hose down the police in napalm that's also poison ivy, but I am saying you won't be committing a War Crime Doing It.
