in some cases, the same goes for "someone did it better." before making a statement like that, it's good to ask if this piece of media is exploring the idea in the same way or for the same reasons. just because it was't as good, that doesn't mean it is unnecessary.

@porsupah You know, by requiring psych evaluations, mental fittness evaluations, stringent weapons training and limited issuing and all those things that can Limit a police force's ability to exact brutality because they're full of narcissistic sociopaths.
Really, Cops don't have employability as anything But cops. Consider the arrogance inherent in the profession, compared to being a Plumber. Or a Coder. Or an office drone.
They'd Perish in those environments.

Nonbinary people can, and often do, exist in all the same places and roles that cis people occupy.
We aren't some strange force that exists only as monsters on the boundaries of "normal society" (if there is such a thing). We are teachers, cooks, artists, mechanics, grocers, janitors, nurses, etc. We are also neighbors, friends, and family members.
And we're here to stay.
