@pandora_parrot I've seen a few folks succumb to dementia. They seem okay for a while, even start to get More animated, but they end up with a one track mind and eventually that devolves into obsession and incoherence, and they end up trapped inside their own head, responding only to conversation on the topic that's circling around inside their heads.

Probably doesn't help that he's propped up on amphetamines.

It's actually kinda sad, in an existential way. He's gonna Die on national television. And not with any Dignity either.

@gnarlyanimal@snouts.online That's pretty normal for college life. the myth of college being a chance to actually learn to be an adult hasn't been true for Years.

It's what you do so you can get a piece of paper that ends up being more or less meaningful for getting a Job, and even then you start out on the bottom rung.

Keep at it though. You'll be exhausted by it for a while, but you're better off With a degree than without. :\
