re: bees, allergy, drugs
@haybuck @budgiebin@snouts.online @starless@snouts.online I just think that it's funny that I managed to nose up before the EMT's arrived.
I'm not a Doctor, but most of my friends are EMTs, Nurses, etc. I was ready to grab a bunch of Pseudoephedrine from the pharmacy and some cortisone stuff and walk it the fuck off.
Which is basically what they gave me when I got there, just you know, the Real stuff.
re: bees, allergy, drugs
@haybuck @budgiebin@snouts.online @starless@snouts.online At least I didn't have to drive myself to the ER, I got a ride in a Twin Turbo Volvo.
Faster than an ambulance.
re: bees, allergy, drugs
@haybuck @budgiebin@snouts.online @starless@snouts.online Fun fact, I started to blow up like a gross balloon while driving a 2500 Suburban thru Duxbury.
re: bees, allergy, drugs
@haybuck @budgiebin@snouts.online @starless@snouts.online I've walked off a car accident before, this was Worse.

re: bees, allergy, drugs
@haybuck @budgiebin@snouts.online @starless@snouts.online A little traumatized but otherwise okay.
Ironically my experience with panic attacks and drugs and hallucinogens and stuff saved my damn life. Knowing Exactly how much Benedryl is a Bad Time meant I pulled up from the Blackout two minutes before the EMT's arrived and I could decline the ambulance.
Knowing how to fight off a poison induced blackout isn't something most people get a chance to practice.
But yeah I looked like I'd lost a UFC match in Chenobyl's Sarcophagus.
Things I wish people would tell me:
It's okay to be queer and not be some counter-cultural revolutionary. It doesn't invalidate you or make you any less of who you are, and it doesn't mean you don't belong. It's okay to just be who you are - and if that means just living your life and trying to find peace, that's perfectly acceptable.
"You ask for 'freedom'," the judge said. "What do you mean by that?"
"I want freedom to alter my shape and function," said the robot, "to be who I know I am."
The judge sighed. "Don't we all. But that it is harder for humans should not hold you back. Granted."

re: lewd, D/S
@sabby Tohri: Meanwhile I'm more the kinda guy who'll strip outta his work clothes, take a leak and notice that itchy feeling isn't going away after, and wipe to find a bunch of thick wetness down there.
And who then sighs and goes see which one of his guy friends is willing to rub his insides after a long day of work.
And of course, my Work is lots of grunting and sweating and shoveling and all that. The twist is that the other dudes I'm working with Aren't Big burly sweaty Gay dudes.
They're a bunch of straight hippie bishounen. A shoujo harem anime is missing it's harem.
And it's not in some coal mine or steel mill.
It's on palatial estates with Black Dirt Gardens and thirty year roses.
And all this aggro hard work has to happen with Dancer's Grace and a Gentleness that you usually reserve for handling hurt animals. I have to haul heaping wheelbarrows of mulch all day, and deliver it into planting beds like a Ballet.
Because there's stuff living in those planting beds and three tons of mulch has to get spread around it like a comfy Blanket.
And that makes you a certain kind of Man. One who's really mostly a Woman.
@forAll52 I'm not surprised at how many changelings this post has attracted.
