To all my friends who are just like me
Another cog in the big machine
Another victim of the industry
It just don't mean nothing to me
To all the lost who have had enough
To everybody that has given up
Life is tough, are you tough enough?
It just don't mean nothing to me
Got a belly full of that pesticide
Yeah, ain't it cool? We were born to die
Hallelujah! Chica chica ride
Gonna fool ya with them white lines
To all my friends who've had enough
If you should fall, we'll pick you up
To all my friends who've had it rough
If you should fall, we'll pick you up
We'll pick you up!
If you're not in favour of universal and unconditional:
🍍 Housing
🍍 Drinkable water
🍍 Food
🍍 Medical care
🍍 Income
If it's your considered belief that some people literally deserve to die of starvation or exposure or something because they aren't good enough at *making money*:
You're a monster, please un-follow me
"I don't wanna kidnap princesses!" whined the little dragon.
"Then you needn't," replied the little dragon's father.
"But grampa said."
"Grampa is very old, and things were different in his time," the little dragon's father explained, "So if you'd rather kidnap princes, you have your mother's and my support."
"But I don't wanna kidnap ANYBODY."
The larger dragon paused, puzzling this fact.
"You... could develop Ransomware?"
"Ew!"
It suddenly strikes me that 'trillion dollar tech companies not caring that their products turn into abandoned toxic info-waste pits - that customers are still locked into - after a couple of years' and 'trillion dollar oil companies pouring CO2 into the atmosphere' and 'trillion dollar soft drink companies pouring plastic into the sea' are basically all the same problem:
Companies are incentivised, by the economics of selling, not to care at all about the end-of-life story of their products.

i don't remember who originally showed me this, but i found a really helpful document on how to think about your feelings in a way that frees you

Confrontation, Queer
Yesterday I stepped out to get an energy drink from the Bodega. I was wearing one of my hoodies and a scale print maxi skirt.
I hear the guy before he comes around the corner in a Nissan Altima, all the windows tinted black, blasting... Something from the stereo.
This is the guy who's been pulling up outside my house at 2AM just to blast the same music.
So, I gave him a nice little Fuck You Dance right there on the sidewalk, made eye contact best I could, and instead of going to the Bodega, I turned left to go the long way around, because he'd doubled back and parked his car there.
And then followed me down the street I was walking on, to pick shit with me.
I saw the gold grill. You don't get that kinda money selling Weed. Just Opiates. So I went off on the guy, with that crazy berserker grin that says 'I'm looking forward to taking my Month out on you"
He drove off saying something about my Mom (You know, my Abuser) so I yelled at the retreating coward "You never wanna Meet my momma, she made ME!".
I'm sick of taking other people's antisocial shit. They wanna beat up the longhaired queer enby guy in the Long Skirt, they're gonna get a rude surprise.
Southern Mass's local machine healer and part time witchdoctor.
Tiny motorcycles, magic potions, machine tools, progressive rock, trance states, and hand sharpened drill bits. Oh, and I read Tarot. Probably 18+ just to be sure.
