My go-to method of deescalating a moderate anxiety attack is taking a nap and basically skipping the cutscene where my body winds down. But for the past week I've been repeatedly woken up with URGENT IMPORTANT THINGS that NEED ATTENTION NOW! So now trying to go to sleep... makes me anxious! Whee!

Usually this is the point that I'd turn to my meds but... I'm out. :') I'll be picking up the refill tonight though, so it's all okay. Ish.
