I!!! Still can't get myself to quickly jab the needle in when doing my T shots! I can pull it off if I do it slowly, and it's not the pain that I'm afraid of??? My brain just goes "urgh sharp metal flesh bad". I don't know how to get past this.
Weight loss
Was weighed at my appointment yesterday, came in at 233! I very intentionally don't have a scale at home, so it's nice to see occasional confirmation of progress. I'm thinking my goal is going to be around 220 before top surgery!
I've been trying not to complain about the heat too much because our area got off pretty easy this weekend, but it is 11:30 PM and almost 80 degrees??? I hate this.
