Just learned that current job supervisor is being demoted for stupid office politics reasons and I won't work with them anymore. I like my supervisor and they're half the reason I stayed in this job. This field.

As I kid I used to love catalogs like this, full of supplies and weird things I didn't know the use for, or could ever conceive anyone would need ready-made equipment for some use.

I apparently got in on the fandom right as it was transitioning to be called "furry"; used to be "funny animal" fandom.
