Mh + / - lethargy
I definitely am lethargic at times, sometimes more often than not, but I've practiced for 20 years to live with that.
Sometimes all I have to do is to make it until tomorrow, and then just repeating that until I'm feeling better.
This week I'm going to try sleeping better. That should help.
It's okay to talk about it, btw. It helps, sometimes.
