It's like a bunch of separate Twitters, but you can see what's on the other twitters if you're friends with someone from that twitter, unless your Twitter blacklisted their Twitter, and oh christ my head hurts already.
Awoo.space is a Mastodon instance where members can rely on a team of moderators to help resolve conflict, and limits federation with other instances using a specific access list to minimize abuse.
