Rapid Recovery Times 

I've noticed that I often kick the symptoms of a cold in less than 2 days while the flu takes less than four. I'm wondering if it has to do with my habit of doing absolutely nothing except showering, drinking gallons of water, and sleeping as much as physically possible.

That, and I have an unusually high body temperature in general.

Rapid Recovery Times 

Specifically flu-related, my fever broke roughly three days after I contracted it. I added another day because of the possibility of spreading can last 24 hours after.
