If we go a little while without talking to someone, it tends to get harder and harder to talk to them later, even if I know they wouldn't mind. But as time passes it starts to feel like saying hi would be too awkward, and that only feeds back in on itself to feeling increasingly awkward and less and less likely that either of us will work up the courage to say hi.
I don't know how to fix this problem. It doesn't seem to be present in group settings, like a group chat or a classroom, but one-on-one interactions just get progressively harder.
And then we start feeling guilty for not talking to the person in question, which is its own problem.

@Rosemary ah we get thing?
We can get around it and contact person but takes a *lot* of pushing.
Found it helps to remeber the person may get the thing too and really want to get back in touch but feel akward? :0

@Rosemary I have this problem too and it makes no sense.
