I've got mixed feelings about video/internet tv services sort of drifting toward walled gardens of first party content again.

I don't necessarily think one monolithic provider is a good idea, but suuuuuuure not looking forward to paying 10 different services $15/month

And that's if the services even work anywhere outside the US.

Like, let's just be clear. If some asshole company tries to lock up a gigantic chunk of new media to one country, everyone else is just going to pirate it. And like, rightfully so. Zero reservations here. You deserve to participate in shared cultural experiences.

I should just go to bed instead of sitting here thinking about how much I hate computers.
