@orrery It's also the only pacific base that can safely scrap and recycle nuke subs. In the event of defunding, it will need to stay around even longer.

@orrery I'm not saying it isn't possible. But if it's gonna happen without having military response and tanks in the streets, it's gonna be real complicated and take a very very long time.
