Things learned from yesterday:
* Having to get up at 3:45am is not good for me
* At about 1:30pm I am starting to be tipsy from bad sleep schedule
* This intensifies as the day progresses
* After about 7 or 8 I should be counted as drunk and not allowed to operate anything complicated or fast-moving
* Confessions on social media after 11pm are safe because I don't check autocorrect and can't input them properly
