gender noodling

Things I have figured out:
1) I am definitely not male
2) I'm totes nonbinary.
3) I wouldn't call myself a woman, but transgirl and trans-femme both work pretty well.
4) She/her is pretty great, they is also pretty great
5) I'd rather have an X on my birth certificate and driver's license than an M or F.
6) But in a pinch, F wouldn't be bad except for the whole "still presenting male" thing
7) I do kind of want to change my name
8) I really don't want to come out at work right now

9) Gender is fucking confusing
10) I do feel like I need to get some voice training done so that I can pass without making it obvious I was AMAB
11) Did I mention gender is confusing?
12) Bottom surgery is pretty likely in the cards
13) Going off E is a subject of the horrors to me, I really wouldn't do well going back to T.
14) I don't particularly trust my employer to have my back if I do transition at work
15) I can't really do the paperwork stuff without my employer knowing

16) You can't get a passport stamped X right now, just M or F. I don't really want either of those options, though
17) I don't really know where this is leading
18) I'm not sure it's healthy for me to try to camouflage like I usually do and fade into the background by presenting male all the time outside of home and trusted spaces
19) The idea of deliberately presenting female outside is scary
20) I'm pretty okay with looking ambiguous outside the home though

21) Still don't know where I'm going with this list
