You can talk about what you're going through. I personally find talking about mental health stuff with others can be helpful, if only to remind myself that these feelings are valid and other people go through similar things.
Which is to say, your feelings are valid, it's awful that you feel this way, and not feeling real or in control of your emotions can be really hard and I've been there.
