If you aren't taking insulin injections, it's still possible to get low blood sugar, just not the drastically dangerous type us diabetics get as a side-effect of the medication.

Healthy blood sugar range is from about 80-120.

Non-diabetics can go down to 70-ish and feel shaky and dizzy.

Diabetics sometimes go down to 30s as a reaction to too much insulin, and can go into shock/have seizures as a result.
