Exercise and pain

Hi! So, since Oct I've been doing the Couch to 5k running plan, with some body weight exercises between run days.
Running is a bit boring tho (imo) and I've been wanting to get back into dance. I found a pole dance studio I liked back in Nov, and I've since gone to 3 pole classes and 1 aerial yoga class there.
Last week I signed up at the YMCA near me, and I'm now using the machines for strength, plus elliptical and zumba classes. I want to do more dance soon.
