Mind-body stuff when you're trans can be a really fucking difficult thing to approach.

This is very true! The early studies about learned helplessness were focused on the link between that phenomenon and depression. If you feel like what you're doing isn't making any impact on the world, you naturally stop trying... It's very sad.

Oh totally, that would be wonderful. I would definitely patronize more gyms if that were the case. Well, also if they were affordable, but that's a different subject for a different day. Either way more NB and GNC representation would be fantastic.
