Same, and in terms of learning experiences. Whatever went down, we both learned from each other in some capacity.

Anyway. *Settles down with The Books of Blood*. Time for some light reading before bed. :3

@Ulfra_Wolfe@witches.town

Me too. But I'm also grateful for knowing the people I got to know, when I did.

@thefishcrow@cybre.space

Do u want ur walking to vibrate things too

@Ulfra_Wolfe@witches.town

YUP. Which is why I'm spending whatever percent of my time not at work or sleeping trying to figure out what those things I want (and like) actually are. It's a process.

@Ulfra_Wolfe@witches.town

Very true.

I personally have a much easier time taking "no" than saying it. I have historically had *a lot* of trouble saying no to people, particularly romantic partners.

Accepting an implicit, rather than explicit, "no" is more difficult for me though. I suspect this is true for a lot of people.

@erinbee

*Also* totally unrelated but

In HS I had an OC named Aaron, and his pet name was Aaron Bee. So whenever I think of your name it reminds me of that. :P

@erinbee

I'm in bedtime mode, so I'll save the punk pop for the morning. But I'll check it out. :)

@LottieVixen@dev.glitch.social

And that's okay. Understanding people is actually really difficult, from a cognitive standpoint. It's possible to work on it and improve those skills, but not immediately having them doesn't make you stupid, or lacking in any other way. Seriously.

@LottieVixen@dev.glitch.social

It's not stupidity. A lot of that info comes from social knowledge and experience. If reading social cues is tough for you or you didn't get much social experience in childhood/teenagerhood, it can be hard to pick those skills up.

For example, I'm mostly neurotypical, but I was home schooled growing up and "missed" a lot.

@modernmodron

I don't know what this is from, but I'm definitely top.

Gawd I'm so fucking tired. Eating a dinner then going right to bed, once I finally get home. I can brain tomorrow.

Dear Daiso: thank you for providing kid's toys and art supplies I can actually afford. It honestly doesn't matter if they fall apart because, kids.

@somekindofcrow

Okay so they're actually having a party there on Saturday at 8 pm. I'll send you more info when I get home and can use my actual computer. Do you have a discord or should I dm you here?

@morganastra@witches.town

Yeah Mir did, on Facebook.

There's a chance Wicked Grounds might stay open if they get more Patreon support:

Oops I left my test kit at home. Guess I get to drive home and back to Berkeley later today. Annoying, but at least I can make coffee at home.

@somekindofcrow are you gonna be in the area tomorrow? You can come visit with me if you want.
