Yeah, I get that. I'm working on that sort of thing in other ways, but that might be an interesting avenue for me to explore sometime.
And yeah, I don't believe that it's possible to really "overcome" that sort of mental health stuff; instead you just gain skills to be able to cope with things more effectively.

I have so much trouble even listening to my friends when they all talk over each other; parsing the different conversation threads at once is difficult for me.
Watching 6 episodes of a show at once just sounds super overwhelming to me. My brain would fritz out. 😅
