Anyway, will someone please remind me that it's okay to be a person who doesn't have a dick? And that I'm still possibly attractive without one?

I'm not 100% guy (I consider myself to be 2/3 male, 1/3 female) but even so.

I once had a (former) friend tell me that he thought having a dick was what determined if you were a guy or not.

"I know plenty of girls with dicks," I pointed out.

"Oh, sure, a girl can have a dick. But it's *having one* that determines if you're a guy. You can't have a vagina and be a guy."

And intellectually I know he's wrong but sometimes I get inside my own head and think this way, and it makes me feel like I can't ever be a guy without one.

I get insecure a lot about not having a dick.

Well I've spent this week at my parent's and working with more special needs kids than usual.

It's been okay, but I really miss being around queer adults.

I'm reading about executive dysfunction, and realizing that while I've historically had difficulties in some avenues (mainly prioritisation), that I've been relatively competent in others (planning, organizing, working memory). Interesting!

Yesterday I went for a tiny hike in the woods. More of a walk, really.

The air smelled damp and clear. Roots snaked over the cold earth, moss growing soft and luscious on their knobbly backs.

I sunk my own roots into the mud, wriggled my toes. Felt clay rise up around me. Felt recharged.

It's still kinda early but

I just wanna curl up in a massive pile of blankets and pillows and coze my way to sleep
