Game/software preservation is important.

Ownership by license, always-online DRM, and ownership tied to online libraries - they're all unreliable and publishers will take away your purchase and not give back if they so wish. Or even try to resell it later.

This sort of thing is why I'll always prefer physical copies of games over digital. That, and I don't have the internet to be downloading anything over like, 3GB.
