Tabletop Simulator Workshop lets me live out my fantasy of buying everything in a board game store and reading the rules and tinkering with the components and setting up the game and never really playing it.

I was very socially isolated growing up, so I guess I picked up my board game habits young; it was just kinda taken for granted that I wouldn't have anyone to play games *with*. I should reach out to folks more to arrange Tabletop Simulator sessions.

@kistaro I lived/live in the countryside so my limited social contact is part of the package.
Being fairly introverted on top of that doesn't exactly make me want to get out and about once in more populated space.
