Hierarchy of desired body parts:
This is a current mood.
... well, swap paws and wings, honestly, in terms of hierarchy of body parts to gain, but still.

Hmm, Awoo has a 500 character limit, unless you use a content-warning, in which case it says it's infinite. (It probably isn't, of course.)
However if I open the CW box, put something in (activating infinite mode) and then close it without erasing the CW, the character limit remains infinite.
I wonder if it's bugged, such the limit will remain allowed to be passed...
thoughts on VR culture/industry things, birdsite link
I feel like you can specifically point to half life alyx coming out and NOT causing an industry sea change as the point where this became basically undeniable
It really is unfortunate how inaccessible VR is due to costs, physical limitations, hardware availability, and existing games. Hell that last one is what people get consoles for: publishers rabbit on about how fancy the next PS/etc is, but people get consoles for their games.
It's unfortunate because I am a big advocate of VR... but the things I want it for are the immersive social experiences with friends. Such things are generally more light-weight "make your own fun" sorts of deals. Minecraft was the same in its early says. There wasn't much game-y elements to it, and I enjoyed the social and exploration parts to playing multiplayer with friends.
I don't think such things justify facing the hardware availability (speaking as someone that can't get Index hardware overseas) and costs. If you're already seeking out such experiences and willing to put time/money into it, the end-result experiences are worth everything emotionally.
But at the start? Well of course it's going to be a big hurdle for mass-appeal, and mass-appeal is what it takes to shake industries.
AI Dungeon copypaste, AI tomfoolery, dragons
You are Taylor, a knight living in the kingdom of Larion. You have a steel longsword and a wooden shield. You are on a quest to defeat the evil dragon of Larion. You've heard he lives up at the north of the kingdom. You set on the path to defeat him and walk into a dark forest. As you enter the forest you see a large dragon and he looks at you with rage. "Who are you?" he roars. "I'm a knight of the kingdom of Larion."
You say "You're a knight? I thought you were a dragon."
"No, I'm a knight, but you're a dragon."
"I'm a dragon, not a knight. You say "I think we're getting things confused, but I'm all for being the dragon if you want."
"Will you join me in destroying the kingdoms of man?"
"Sure why not? I haven't destroyed a kingdom yet.
AI Dungeon getting subject and speaker mixed up is usually frustrating but this one's kinda great.
The PS3 version would be the most accessible version as I have it, I would just need to set up emulation on my PC.
... oh wait, though, hm. The PS3 disc is a blu-ray, and getting PCs to read blu-rays is notoriously a pain. Moreover, my new PC doesn't have a disc-drive, I'm pretty sure my external USB drive is DVD-RW only.
I suspect in terms of modding, the PC version would be the most open.
I really do wonder who I would ask about making a mod or cheat for Okami - any version - that makes the first-person camera toggle-able and doesn't lock movement/other actions when its active.
When playing the PS3 version I found you can enter first-person in battle, and even switch when you're still drifting in motion or attacking, just not do anything else until switching back. So I think such a mod should be possible, as the functionality seems mostly there, just disabled.
Re shitpost: I wonder what my boss theme would be.

... idly reminded I got an email from IMVU a few days ago, seemingly of a registration confirmation. There was an "I've never heard of IMVU" link in the email, which, not accurate, but did seem to negate the account.
I find myself wondering though if it was an automated account generation because of my FA account, though.
... oh wait no it can'tve been, I use a throwaway on there. Hm.
Last night as I was falling asleep I thought of... something... I should do in the morning. Or something?
I don't remember.
What I do remember is thinking "I'm not going to bother writing this down, I know I'm going to forget, but if I forget it it's probably not that important to do."
So I only have myself to blame.
Sehnsucht is a German noun translated as "longing", "desire", "yearning", or "craving". Some psychologists use the word Sehnsucht to represent thoughts and feelings about all facets of life that are unfinished or imperfect, paired with a yearning for ideal alternative experiences.

I'm an artist and something of a game dev living in New Zealand.
I talk about personal things that can get tangentially NSFW. While I wouldn't call this an after-dark account, it's kind of a mishmash personal account and prefer to mingle with people I know or trust.
