I do love that the roofers finally stopped hammering on the roof directly above my bed starting at 7am so I overslept super hard due to severe sleep dep and woke up to 6 people asking where I was. :/
Like I’m literally going to get fired because of these roofers. I don’t care because I’m one foot out the door anyway, but it’s really crap.
I want a bit more control over when/how I egress than “I went 2 weeks of getting 2-3hr of sleep a night because of 7am roofer arrivals every day and missed work”

@Thaminga Probably not. It's during daylight hours and my city has no noise ordinances. And I'm the weird one working evenings.
@trysdyn I mean, there honestly should be laws against that shit, people who work evenings/night shifts *especially* need to get proper sleep and expecting others to turn their entire schedule around for temporary work on their/someone else's house is completely unreasonable.
