Video gaming *changed* when code size no longer meaningfully competed with media size

@kistaro God, it absolutely did - the change you see starting around 1994 when CD-ROMs became commonplace as a medium for games is absolutely -huge-. All of a sudden there was actually space for like, detailed textures and images and fully rendered songs, as opposed to having to compose music and visuals on the fly from samples and sprites.
