Update: I was not actually following the locked account after all whoops lol. I guess we'll see if Awoo's interface can show me more posts once I am
I'm following a locked account from another instance. If I try to view it from the dashboard I am told "Older posts from other servers are not displayed. Browse more on the original profile", but if I view the original profile I still can't see the posts because that's on the other instance's web interface and I don't have an account there. Is there any way around this
The CW'd version gets a blurred thumbnail on my profile but only appears as the CW line on my home feed.
I was hoping it'd do the former everywhere, I'm considering posting my furry kink art on Mastodon and I prefer the blurred preview for that, it's more eyecatching and obvious at a glance that the hidden thing is art and not just a passing post
I could just mark the image as sensitive, but then I'd have to make sure the text of the post isn't sensitive in and of itself...

Oh, it looks like it just doesn't let me uncheck the sensitive box if there's a CW. Makes sense I guess
@spacefinner I voted yes but I guess not really a vice in a moral sense so much as like. It's not great for one's mental health etc.

So I guess it's a "smart" TV in the sense you'd say a dog is "smart", i.e., it has enough of its own will that you can't get it to do the things you want or stop doing the things you don't want, except when a dog does this it may be inconvenient but you have a sort of respect, for the dog, you can look into its eyes like a mirror and see another conscious being looking back and respect that it is comprehending situations and making decisions, whereas the TV is just a broken fucking appliance
