--Humans created their conceptions, ideas, depictions of gods.
--These gods represent real things in the universe (abstract concepts, weather patterns, etc.)
--There's real influence in human behavior in communing with these beings, even if it's just an aspect of one's own personality to talk to.
In this sense, you can nourish what ideas you want power to IMO.

@Shotagonist@mastodon.social (I also find it fascinating how many similarities the generalities of myths and gods there are between cultures, but also each culture has their own perspective and cultural addition, little niggling details they add in, that make things interesting)
