@Zero_Democracy If you erase knowledge, you can plant whatever knowledge you want, and if you are the one that creates that knowledge, you can create power for yourself.
It's textbook narcissistic power grabs, and it never lasts indefinitely because fascism feeds on itself; enough egos in one place that prize violence is volatile.

@Zero_Democracy But in this new age of communication they're way too visible and too many people don't want another Nazi Germany. They were just humiliated in Portland, no one put up with their shit. Tow trucks were called on them, they were fucked over.
I think people are fed up enough, or maybe I'm just having hopeful thinking.

@Ulfra_Wolfe I've been saying that cops and guardsmen will absolutely side with what were then neo-Nazis since 2014, and largely been called a crank. IMO 2016 was just the determining factor between neo-confederacy where it happens on the state level, or top-down fascism. Reform is a rapidly-vanishing ideal that people cling to. Things have to completely collapse before they can get better.

@Zero_Democracy I have my own mixed views. I think we need a transition, but it would probably involve a collapse. I don't think the United States can stick together much longer.

@Ulfra_Wolfe I don't like being a nihilist-insurrectionist, but I'm not the one waving guns around, smashing book stores and strapping Imperial Stormtrooper armor on to go shoot into crowds. They want to play it that way, so we're in it now.
