So I imported SquirrelJME's predecessor k8 (which is also a Java Virtual Machine, in private repository because deadname) and pretty much this filled out lots of my old GitHub history because I worked on the project for like two years. I do actually pull some things from k8.
@Nurbs I did it before, then I figured I do not want to do it again so I did not do this time lol.
@XerTheSquirrel Yeah and it's such a butt pain, that convincing maintainer's that aren't you to do it is like, nearly impossible.
@Nurbs Totally, honestly I am glad where I used to work allowed me to use my desired name despite it not being legal. Of course one of the company leaders was Transgender so that made things easier for me.
@XerTheSquirrel Yeah that's been the case everywhere I've worked thankfully. I mean I wouldn't take a job that requires outing myself. :P
@XerTheSquirrel Trans programmer problems, rewriting huge git histories with your real name is a pain in the ass.
