Tech woes, ADHD woes, MH ~-
So now I'm preoccupied by wanting to fix this, which is making me work less effectively, but if I stop to fix it, I'll definitely miss some hard deadlines (if I wouldn't have anyway).
This sort of shit happens all the time to me, and I really wish I could figure out how to break the cycle (to say nothing of somehow acquiring actual Free Time, which seems like a foreign concept at this point). The stress is so real

I just don't know what to do...I'm not even taking enough of a courseload to be considered a full-time student, but I'm struggling so much to stay on top of what I do have. I'm doing relatively well in my classes for once, but that's come at the expense of taking care of myself. I've not been showering regularly, my sleep schedule is erratic, and I've been shirking all other responsibilities. I have no idea how anyone else gets through this school, especially in 4 years

@artiemog Do you know the last time you had any kind if distraction, fun, or enjoyment? Perhaps spending a piece of the day to watch a movie or otherwise.

@XerTheSquirrel I have to go up to school almost every week to use a lab, so for 1–3 days I stay with a friend I'm in a sort of semi-bubble with, and she helps me unwind. This late in the semester, though, I've had even more to do than usual, so this week I tried to stay here and work instead. But I ran out of my ADHD meds, so until I got more, I just stared at my desk for 3 days trying to work but being unable. So I think seeing her again will definitely help
