@Zauberin @not_on_pizza we do want to add, just because we think of it when OCRBot is brought up, that modern Mastodon has a built-in client-side OCR available? That's what "Detect text from image" does - it replaces the description with its best guess of the contents of the image, that the poster can then edit and save.
(Mentioning because we still see a lot of people relying on OCRBot for images they post and we wonder if they know.)
