Also Queenie the Maid has good comedic energy when used right in the book.

Though honestly Georgie should recognize Queenie's loyalty is worth a great deal no matter how often she accudentally lights things on fire or destroys things by accident

I do like that overall the series is about Georgir asserting herself. We start with her not knowing how to care for herself or work and several books later she is actually self sufficent (mostly)

I know the Royal Spyness series is shouldnt be one I like but Daisy Dahrymple books are done and I like "mysteries in the 1920s to 1930s" aestherics
