physics question

would it be possible with materials available on earth to build a structure capable of holding a dime-sized piece of neutronium? if not, is there any sized/shaped piece of neutronium that could be held up?

For the sake of the question, i'm ignoring however neutronium would fuck up whatever normal matter it touches and just wondering about the densisty
