birds, domesticity, boring
The American Goldfinches have rediscovered our front-yard feeder! Also, the Robins (after a two-year absence) are nesting again on our front-porch light fixture.
We're close enough to Main Street that traffic noise is pretty steady, so it's important to me that we've also got as much bird song as we can scare up. And anyway, the American Goldfinch is just _pretty_. #birding
@AylaDoC@witches.town I noticed your avatar, and I want to say that that series ("Mockingbird" by Chelsea Cain) is my favorite series ever. I wish she did "Mockingbird" all the time!
"Squirrel Girl" comics: I'm not yet familiar, and I'd like to dive in a bit. I seem to like people who like Squirrel Girl.
Does anyone recommend a particular run or writer? Which/who, and briefly why? Or could I start anywhere? Thanks!
