@PaulFerence I think I even did the hand.
Avatar trivia: my avi is Carol Danvers realizing that the guy she's dating has taken a restraining order again her.
@maloki *champagne cork*
@modernmodron @oceangrunge@witches.town @fillertrack Recommend me a good starting place on Runaways and I'll start learning the error of my ways right away. I've only read it in passing during (wait for it)…events.
@fillertrack @oceangrunge@witches.town @modernmodron No more Marvel events. In fact, nothing but Squirrel Girl and Jessica Drew, and also Mockingbird if Chelsea Cain will come back for it. Literally nothing else.

That was my experience of the game too. As a player, I was forced to inhabit the developer's immature and ugly perceptions of women. No thanks.
@jaycie 💫👊🏻👯
woo, EYEBALL HORROR
@fireh9lly If only there were a way to transform each of my eyes into actual Petri dishes. OH HEY
@Gargron I remember for weeks after the punch, his mentions were all variations on "Dude I saw you cry on TV." Not the kind of shaming I would advocate usually, but Nazis? Sure, everyone have fun.
@maloki May the gates of academia ring with the screams of your enemies.
@modernmodron You'll enjoy it, they really loved that game, and revel in the details of what they like.
ICYMI: the podcast "The Short Game" did an episode on "Night in the Woods." The first 45 minutes are meant to be spoiler-free, but there is spoiler-esque talk about character attributes, story setting, and game mechanics. It is (not surprisingly) very positive & appreciative. It's Episode 117 of The Short Game: http://www.theshortgame.net/117-night-in-the-woods/
