@cat i only coasted thru to middle school
my high school was a technical college, were i failed to learn programming, or math, or accounting — from my teachers.
i still don't know math, my company pays an accountant, and i get paid for programming, so i dunno…
i don't do well with authoritarian teachers, i do much better with mentors
because i have a very holistic (slow) approach, so i might ask different mentors for different leads and then dive in for a couple of months.
