general query: has anyone had luck with like. whey protein as a stand-in for 'nothing in the fridge looks good' disordered eating? it'd be neat if i could solve this with just like. a bag and a scoop.

@catterfly I have "weight loss shake protein" something specifically for when I'm super tired, know I should eat something, but I can't be bothered to even make a sandwich.

@Mycroft i've thought about those! they have the added bonus of being pre-mixed/portioned as well, but i could also like. buy a 5lb bag of powder for 40$ and i remember the shakes being more expensive...

@catterfly Oh to clarify, I get the powder to make shakes with, not the premade shakes. I do thankfully have enough spoons to measure a scoop into a container with a metal springball thingy to make a shake. The directions say to use water, but I use milk instead when I know I can actually taste it.
