dc test went well. now i just need to rewire the high voltage power supply to use the new filter caps, install the board, and wire in the four large film cap (two bypass caps and two coupling caps).

i wish had a better setup to test ac. i wonder if i could get away with using a phone's earphone jack as a waveform source.
